20CrMn Wind Energy Gear Ring Stainless Steel Flange Gear Forging

Material:
The inner gear ring material mainly uses the gear steel, such as 17CrNiMo6, 18CrNiMo7-6,
20CrNiMo and so on.

The gear box of the inner gear ring is mainly used in various sectors of the inside, for example:
wind power gear box, gear box and so on cement mill.
Manufacturing process:
Forged after finishing, quenching and tempering, after milling, carburizing, then grinding, after
reaching the requirements of the drawings.
Payment Terms:
30% prepayment by T/T, the balance against the receipt of the correct test certificates or as per
cutstomer’s suggestion.
Packaging Details:
Individual plastic wrapping, fumigation-free wooden pallet or steel shelf. All wood to fumigated in
accordance with ISPM 15
