● W-B92 Webster Hardness Tester with stainless steel structure is a lightweight test equipment, it’s available for measuring soft steel. The hardness measurements is quick and easy, once the work piece be seized, hardness value can be read directly.
● W-B92 Webster Hardness Tester is suitable for testing stainless steel ,low carbon steel, cold-rolled steel, hot-rolled plate, galvanized plate, seamless steel tubes, welded pipe and other steel products. Particularly suitable for the production site, sales site or construction site.
● W-B92 Webster Hardness Tester’s hardness measuring range corresponds to Rockwell 48-100HRB. This hardness measuring range covers almost all common soft steel. The comparative test showed that the measured value between W-B92 and HRB Rockwell hardness tester is turned out an approximate linear relationship. W-B92 Webster Hardness stainless steel can be used as a simple HRB Rockwell Hardness Tester.
Usage:
● Evaluate the effect of heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the material are qualified or not.
● Determine whether the material is processed from inappropriate alloy.
● Distinguish the material’s hardness level. Judge the material is annealed, 1/8 hard, 1/4 hard, 1/2 hard, full hard or other heat treatment.
● Strip steel material’s online hardness inspection and control
