Founded in October 1994, Yeke Metal Co.,Ltd. commits itself to the production of precision stainless steel strip and precision alloyed steel strip with its major producing and researching equipments introduced from Japan and Germany, England. Majoring in research, production and sales of precision steel strip of high shape demand, high size precision and high surface quality.
Currently there are two major product categories:
1) precision stainless steel strip ( mainly for the 300 Series )
Thickness 0.07mm~1.2mm, soft state, 1/2H, 3/4H, FH, EH, SHE various hardness steel of SUS301, SUS304 ( L ), SUS316L, SUS305 austenitic stainless steel strip with a hardness range of HV150~HV600, after years of exploration and experimentation ,developed for the high-end constant force spring, coil spring, metal dome,shrapnel over HV530 ultra-thin , high hardness, high thickness precision stainless steel strip products. Our series products can meet the demand of high elasticity, high resistance to fatigue life ,our industry has gained widespread recognition and praise. The more than HV530 of SUS301 ultra-thin, super hard stainless steel strip for spring is my company's specialty products.
2)Iron-nickel alloy with (1J soft magnetic alloy and 4J expansion alloy)
The main production of 4J36, 4J42 (lead frame strip), 4J29, 1J50, 1J51, double metal and so on, the thickness range is from 0.04mm ~ 1.0mm hardness range is from HV120 to HV280 0.1mm4J42 strip products used as IC lead frame strip, internal stress distribution uniformity, lateral bending, transverse bending, twisting, plate-shaped indicators, can reach the international advanced level, also they are one of the Company's specialty products.

The company have the following major equipments: 12 high 650 cold rolling mill, 4 high cold rolling mill, horizontal continuous bright annealing furnace (BA1), thin strip continuous bright annealing furnace (BA2), continuous tension/ (multiple) stress relieving annealing furnace (TA/SR), anhydrous green cleaning line (CL), German 23 roller stretch bending leveler, 2 sets of UB flexible grinding-wheeled surface grinding machine, 2 sets of optical surface inspection line, six sets of high precision slitting line, 3 sets of fully-automated packaging machine set and high precision roll grinding equipment and roll surface texturing equipment and so on. In 2010, equipment put into production, including vertical type bright annealing furnace, two Sendzimir 20 high rolling mills and 1600mm high precision stainless strip slitting line.
